PAYMENTS

You can pay for goods in the GOZ online store:

  • Using electronic banking. We will deliver the goods within 2-5 working days after the money is credited to our account.
  • Using the Paysera system.
WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded using communication tools, by notifying the seller in writing within seven working days from the day of delivery of the item.

When canceling the purchase and sale agreement and returning the goods, it is necessary to submit the purchase documents and comply with the following conditions:

  • each returned item is in its original and undamaged packaging;
  • the goods have not been used;
  • the goods were not damaged;
  • the original labels (protective films, labels, etc.) were not removed from the goods;
  • returned goods are complete and have retained their commercial appearance.

The returned goods must be delivered by the Buyer himself. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the established procedure for returning the goods.

To the Buyer, in accordance with the established refund procedure, the paid money is returned by bank transfer to the Buyer's personal account according to the submitted written request (refund form).

If it happens that you receive the wrong product that you ordered, inform us by sending an e-mail to: info@goz.lt (indicate the order number, which product you received and which one you ordered). We will pay the cost of returning the product and ship your ordered product as soon as we receive the returned product. You just need to follow the return procedure above. In the event that the product you are returning is opened, used or the manufacturer's packaging is damaged, we will not be able to refund you or exchange the product.

DELIVERY
  • We deliver goods ordered in the online store goz.lt throughout Lithuania within 2-5 working days after payment (the day of the order is not included). Orders abroad are sent by personal contact.
  • We deliver the goods to your specified address throughout Lithuania.
  • We can deliver goods by Lithuanian Post, at Omniva or LP express self-service terminals.
  • If you place the order in your own name, but you will not be able to pick up the product, then in the order, indicate the contact person you authorize to accept your order.
  • If you have chosen cash on delivery, please make sure you have the exact amount on your order.
