PAYMENTS

In the online store GOZ you can pay for the goods:

  • Using electronic banking. We will deliver the goods within 2-5 working days after the money is credited to our account.
  • Using the Paysera system.
WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded by means of communication by notifying the seller in writing within seven working days from the date of delivery of the item.

When canceling the sales contract and returning the goods, it is necessary to submit the documents for the purchase of goods and comply with the following conditions:

  • each returned item is in its original and undamaged packaging;
  • the goods were not used;
  • the goods have not been damaged;
  • the original labels (protective films, labels, etc.) have not been removed from the goods;
  • the returned goods are complete sets and have retained their commercial appearance.

The Buyer must deliver the returned goods himself. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the established procedure for returning the goods.

In accordance with the money refund procedure established by the Buyer, the money paid shall be returned by bank transfer to the personal account of the Buyer in accordance with the submitted written request (refund form).

If you happen to receive a product other than the one you ordered, please inform us by sending an e-mail to: info@goz.lt (indicate the order number, which product you received and which product you ordered). We will pay the cost of returning the product and will send your ordered product as soon as we receive the returned product. All you have to do is follow the return procedure above. In the event that the item you are returning is opened, used, or the manufacturer’s packaging is damaged, we will not be able to refund you or replace the item.

DELIVERY
  • We deliver the ordered goods in the online store goz.lt all over Lithuania within 2–5 working days after payment (the day of the order is not included). Orders abroad are sent by contacting us in person.
  • We deliver the goods to the address specified by you throughout Lithuania.
  • We can deliver the goods at Lithuanian Post, self-service terminals Omniva or LP express.
  • If you place an order in your own name, but you will not be able to pick up the goods, then indicate in the order the contact person you authorize to accept your order.
  • If you choose to pay at the time of delivery, be sure to have the exact amount specified in the order.
